I was on a wooden prison ship, the conditions were awful, there was feces, pee, and vomit every where you look. We didn't get much food, and the food we get was old, making us very sick. People were getting sick because of all the feces, pee and vomit on the ground. We also did not have much space which means we didn't get much sleep. Since there is not alot of food and water many people are dyed from dehydration and hunger. The kind of food that they had on the ship was mostly bread, and most of the bread was hard and moldy after a few weeks of being on the ship. We also did not have bathrooms, so if you had to go to the bathroom you go right where you stood, and people some people slept in there own feces, pee and vomit. Sometimes if we were lucky we got to go on the deck for a few minutes each day. On average two people died almost every day. When someone died they just throw them over borad. It was horrible, but luckily I managed to survive. I was sick, but my master was persistent, so he gave me medicine so I could perform better. The ship made me a cold person, but I still manage to show compassion to my family.
